Nearby River’s Edge Hotel recently revamped their restaurant formerly known as Aqua Riva. Just last month, the hotel officially opened Rosswood, a restaurant that focuses on modern American cuisine with strong Mediterranean influences.
Rosswood has new menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch that feature creative, unique foods—many of which are friendly for those who are gluten free, vegan or vegetarian.
We personally can’t wait to try their roasted beets topped with hazelnut crumbs and served with honey-whipped yogurt…or their seared smoked salmon with orzo, olives, roasted peppers, and squid ink butter.
Rosswood’s drink menu also sounds equally enticing. Their Citron Presse is made with vodka, ginger liquor, fresh squeezed lemon juice, mint and is topped with prosecco. The Mademoiselle—with gin, grapefruit cordial, bubbles and rosemary—sounds like the perfect thirst quenching drink on a hot summer’s day.
