What is Orupa?

Willamette Week has a story on retail spaces in the South Waterfront, and they mentioned a new restaurant that I had never heard of.

“Across the street, an upscale eatery called Orupa (Oregon + Europe, get it?) will debut this winter in the stunning Atwater Place tower.”
Sounds great, I can’t wait!
