Transitions Professional Center is now open for clinical services. The center offers individual, couples, and family therapy for clients facing life-threatening illness, terminal illness, and bereavement, or seeking any combination of curative and/or palliative care or end-of-life care. Family and friends are welcome as well. They are beginning a number of support groups in July, which can be found on their website at http://transitionspc.com/support-groups/. The support groups are open-ended and are led by psychologists and may be co-led with a psychology trainee.
