March Wellness offers members an integrative approach to healthy living. The center offers health and fitness programs and classes that address seven key areas: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, financial, social and creative. Over 100 classes per week are offered, including tai chi, yoga, foreign language conversation, and healthy cooking. The first floor gym area of the Wellness Center has cardio and weightlifting equipment, while the second floor houses a regulation NCAA basketball court. At the 25-yard lap pool, saltwater is used instead of chlorine as a healthier and more eco-friendly purification system.
