		<description>I live in Oregon and was at the Willamette (in Portland) on Halloween - wow, it was gross.  On the coast there is a small river running by the house and after a storm a backwater was created which was full of what looked like suds.  

Everything looks so pristine and beautiful at first glance but you are right, the water needs a cleanup.</description>
