Garden Streets

Two garden streets provide South Waterfront residents and visitors with a tree-covered promenade to the water. Pennoyer Street, between The Meriwether and Atwater Place, will be planted with river birch and pass by Atwater Place’s courtyard benches and bocce ball courts. Black tupelo trees will run along Gaines Street south of The Ardea and Atwater Place. Retail shops and restaurants are located on and around both of the botanical streets.
