Final Movie Night

The SWF Community Garden committee presents winter movie nights. A short film, “City of Cranes,” takes you hundreds of feet above the ground to hear the insights of crane drivers, and see a glimpse of the poetic, mesmerizing world of cranes. It is filmed in London and from the view point of the crane operator.
“Backyard Conversations,” is an investigation of place, space and community was filmed in the South Waterfront by local artist Linda Wysong. It includes interviews with residents of the SWF, cyclists, OHSU employees and the construction workers who offer their insights on the neighborhood and what it’s like to live and work in the SWF.
