Demographics Discussion with Richard Bjelland

Think you know Oregon? The demographics are changing more rapidly then predicted. What will this mean to you, your business organization, or our educational and social service system? Richard will show what is changing, the magnitude and reasons for the change, and discuss the potential impacts of these changes.
A South Waterfront resident, Richard continues to consult on housing needs and is a frequent speaker on demographic and housing issues impacting the United States. He has addressed the Oregon legislature on the changing demographics as well as the Directors of every Oregon Department and over 40 different organizations who have invited him to speak.
