Meriwether resident Nellie Kidd-Madison has begun an Alzheimer’s disease Support Group for residents of the South Waterfront.  Madison cared for her husband John for 15 years as he suffered from Alzheimer’s disease and wrote a compelling book on how to care for a loved one with this disease called Living with John. The group will meet informally once a month to help provide support to caregivers of those affected by this disease.

Wednesday, March 3, 6:30 p.m.
Group meets the first Wednesday each month.
