South Waterfront is one of Portland’s most popular and fastest-growing urban neighborhoods, complete with nearly a dozen new local retailers and restaurateurs providing quality services to area residents, employees and visitors alike. Umpqua Bank, Urbana Market, Soho, Daily Cafe @ the Tram, Bee Cleaners and Rilassi Coffee and Tea House are all locally-owned businesses located in the ground floor of the district’s residential and commercial towers. One of the district’s newest additions is SoundSource located in the Mirabella Portland across from the OHSU underground parking.
